Squash (Spaghetti, Pumpkin, Acorn, Butternut, etc.)

Pretty much anything in season...some naturally have a higher carb/sugar content than others.
Dried Fruit (raisins, cranberries, cherries, blueberries : with no added sugar when possible
Frozen Fruit: frozen berries, frozen pineapple, even frozen bananas!
Apple Sauce (unsweetened)
Unsweetened Cacao Powder
Water, water, water, never forget it!
Milk (1%), rarely
Spices (make a huge difference!)
