Cream Cheese and Red Pepper Spread Turkey Wraps

I'm always rushing to work and if I don't make something the night before, I'm usually scrambling to think of something in the morning. It worked out pretty well for me today, especially given my latest cream cheese obsession. It's actually a cheese obsession in general, but I will probably end up going into more detail on that later. So here is what I made:

Cream Cheese and Red Pepper Spread Turkey Wraps

4 slices Turkey Breast
2 Tablespoons cream cheese
2 Tablespoons Trader Joe's Red Pepper Eggplant Garlic Spread (AMAZING)

Basically just take a double layered slice of turkey and spread on the cream cheese and the spread...it is delicious, can be eaten hot or cold, and above all incredibly fast to make! I ended up having this with spinach and a sweet potato, and it turned out to be such a great lunch.

PS. Another item from Trader Joe's that is absolutely amazing with cream cheese (whipped light anyone?) or anything else is their Pineapple Salsa...I will eventually try to use it to marinate chicken or other meat. Also, for anyone counting, both spreads only have 15 calories for 2 tablespoons...
