Buckwheat, meat, steamed vegetables, garlic

Buckwheat Recipe #1

  • approx 1.5 cups cooked buckwheat (pohanka)
  • 1 can canned peas
  • 1 can canned corn
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
  • bits of seasoned (gyros, italian) chicken breast/pork
  • cloves of garlic
  • onion for sauteeing
warm up cooked meat (previously baked/grilled) with onion and some olive oil (1tbsp) and then mix in all other ingredients until warm.
