- approx 1.5 cups cooked buckwheat (pohanka)
- 1 can canned peas
- 1 can canned corn
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
- bits of seasoned (gyros, italian) chicken breast/pork
- cloves of garlic
- onion for sauteeing
warm up cooked meat (previously baked/grilled) with onion and some olive oil (1tbsp) and then mix in all other ingredients until warm.
